We asked to pick the car from the airport and they happily obliged, there was a guy who waited for us with a sign with my name on it and after we finished the paperwork (5mins) we were on our way. Their customer service was excellent and by far better than a lot countries we've been, they were able to communicate well in English and Italian and possibly French. We would highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them every time we come to Albania which by the way it's a truly astonishing and beautiful country. "
